  • OTR/L (Occupational Therapist Registered/Licensed) – An OTR/L is a fully credentialed occupational therapist who has completed an accredited graduate program, passed the national NBCOT certification exam, and holds an active state license. OTR/Ls evaluate and treat patients across the full scope of occupational therapy practice independently.
  • CAS (Certified Autism Specialist) – A CAS is a credentialed professional who has completed advanced training in autism spectrum disorder through the International Board of Credentialing and Continuing Education Standards (IBCCES). CAS holders apply evidence-based strategies to support individuals with autism across sensory, behavioral, social, and functional domains.
  • IMSC (Integrated Movement and Sensory Certification)– An IMSC designates a therapist trained in integrated movement and sensory processing approaches, addressing retained primitive reflexes and neurological development. IMSC practitioners apply targeted movement-based interventions to resolve root neurological causes of sensory, motor, and learning challenges.

Samantha holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Studies and a Master of Science in Occupational Therapy from Utica University. She brings experience across the full lifespan — from infants to older adults — with a focused passion for helping children and families build the skills and confidence needed for greater independence in everyday life.

Samantha delivers evidence-based, holistic care tailored to each child’s unique needs. She holds credentials as a Certified Autism Specialist (CAS), Certified Ayres Sensory Integration Therapist, SOS Trained Feeding Therapist, and Integrative Myofunctional Specialist (IMSC). Advanced training in primitive reflex integration and ocular motor function extends her ability to address developmental, sensory, feeding, and regulation challenges at their root.

Outside the clinic, Samantha spends time with her husband and two children. She enjoys hiking, board games, live music, reading, and soccer.
