These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of integrativewellnessnow.com (the “Website”), operated by Integrative Wellness and Therapeutics (“Integrative Wellness,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), 19901 W Catawba Ave Ste 104, Cornelius, NC 28031. By using the Website, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Website.

The Website is intended for adults, including parents, guardians, and healthcare professionals. By using it, you confirm you are at least 18 years old, or are using it with a parent or guardian.

Website Content Is Not Medical Advice

The information on the Website, including articles, FAQs, checklists, and product recommendations, is for general education only. It is not medical, therapy, or professional advice and is not a substitute for an evaluation by a qualified provider who knows your child. Do not delay seeking care, or disregard professional advice, because of something you read on the Website.

Using the Website, reading our content, or submitting a form does not create a therapist–patient or provider–patient relationship. That relationship begins only after you complete our intake process and we agree to provide services.

If your child has a medical emergency, including choking or difficulty breathing, call 911 immediately. Do not use our forms, email, or social media for urgent or emergency needs.

Appointment Requests and Services

  • Requests are not confirmed appointments. Submitting an appointment, wellness assessment, or referral form is a request only. An appointment is scheduled when our team confirms it with you.
  • Services, eligibility, and fees are confirmed during intake. Our intake paperwork, consent forms, financial policies, and Notice of Privacy Practices govern any care we provide and control over anything on the Website.
  • Teletherapy is offered to eligible patients located where our therapists are licensed, subject to separate informed consent and technology requirements explained during intake.
  • The Pediatric Intensive Therapy Program is available to qualifying children; eligibility and scheduling are discussed during the intake call.
  • Bloom Society registration and payment are completed through our registration form and our payment processor, Stripe. Cohort dates, availability, and any cancellation or refund terms are provided at registration.
  • The Integrative Myofunctional Specialist Certification (IMSC) course is offered for licensed professionals and is registered, paid for, and administered through Motivations CEU, whose terms and policies apply to registration, continuing education credit, and refunds.

Information about services, schedules, program dates, and prices may change without notice and may contain errors; we will correct errors when we find them.

Testimonials and Results

Testimonials on the Website reflect the personal experiences of individual families and are shared to describe their experience with our practice. Every child is different. Results vary based on each child’s needs, diagnosis, consistency of attendance and home practice, and other factors. Testimonials are not a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome.

Product Links and Affiliate Disclosure

Our Products page recommends items our therapists find useful and links to them on Amazon. As an Amazon Associate, we earn from qualifying purchases, at no additional cost to you. Product recommendations are general suggestions, not a prescription; ask your child’s therapist whether a product is right for your child. Products are sold by Amazon or third-party sellers, not by us, and their terms, warranties, and return policies apply.

Third-Party Websites and Services

The Website links to and embeds services operated by others, including our forms provider, payment processor, patient portal, Google Maps, Amazon, Motivations CEU, and social media platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for their content, availability, or practices, and your use of them is governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Website, including by submitting false information, impersonating another person, submitting information about a child you are not authorized to act for, attempting to gain unauthorized access, introducing malicious code, or using automated tools to copy the Website’s content.

Intellectual Property

The Website’s text, graphics, photos, logos, and design are owned by or licensed to Integrative Wellness and are protected by copyright and trademark laws. “Integrative Wellness and Therapeutics,” our logo, and “IMSC” and the IMSC logo are trademarks and may not be used without written permission. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use. Any other copying, distribution, or reuse requires our written permission.
