Dr. Samantha Heidenreich
OTD, OTR/L, IMSC
Integrative Wellness and Therapeutics

I’m Samantha – a mom first, pediatric occupational therapist, and the owner and clinical director of Integrative Wellness and Therapeutics.

I earned my Doctorate and Master’s degrees in Occupational Therapy from the University of St. Augustine for Health Sciences, where my doctoral work focused on feeding and nutritional support for children. Since then, my clinical work has been entirely dedicated to pediatrics, with a special focus on feeding challenges, picky eating, oral motor development, and myofunctional therapy.

But beyond my education and clinical experience, I know this work through the lens that matters most – motherhood.

Being a mom has shaped how I practice, how I communicate with families, and how I support children as whole humans. I understand the day-to-day realities of raising kids: the worry, the overwhelm, the late nights, and the desire to “do everything right” while still trusting your instincts. My approach is practical, compassionate, and rooted in real life and not in perfection.
